Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you opt in, to send requested resources such as the Probate Checklist. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Service Providers
Form submissions are sent to our case-management platform for client intake and follow-up. If you request a resource, the follow-up email is delivered by our email service provider. These providers process your information only on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Important Notice
Do not submit confidential or privileged information through this website. Submitting a form or sending an email does not create an attorney–client relationship. No attorney–client relationship is formed until a written engagement agreement is signed by both parties.
Cookies & Analytics
Google Analytics is off until you choose “Accept analytics.” You may reject analytics and still use our forms and contact links. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice. We remember your choice on this website for up to 180 days; it does not automatically apply to our other websites. Rejecting analytics disables tracking and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies for this domain.
We also use browser storage to remember your analytics preference and whether you dismissed the optional checklist prompt. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical request and performance information separately from Google Analytics.
